Irrigation Repair and Installation in Lake Mary

We repair, adjust and install sprinkler systems so every zone puts water where your lawn and beds need it. We walk the system with you, run each zone, and set the clock for the season you are heading into, not the one that just ended.

Sprinklers That Water the Yard, Not the Driveway

Most sprinkler problems are small. A head knocked crooked by a mower. A nozzle clogged with sand. A clock still set for July in December. Each one wastes water and leaves dry spots or soggy ones. We find those problems zone by zone and fix them.

Timing matters here. Spring is the dry stretch, and a weak zone shows up fast as brown patches in the grass. Once summer rains start, the same system can drown the lawn and invite fungus. We set run times for what is coming next and show you how to change them yourself.

If your system is old, patched too many times, or never covered the yard well, we can lay out new zones or a full new system. We will tell you plainly whether a repair is enough.

What Our Irrigation Work Covers

Zone-by-zone inspection
We run every zone and watch it work. We note broken heads, low pressure, overspray, and spots the water never reaches.
Head and nozzle repair
We replace cracked or stuck heads, swap worn nozzles, and raise or lower heads that sit too deep or too high. Rotors and sprays get matched so a zone waters evenly.
Leak and valve repair
We dig up and fix broken lines, leaking fittings, and valves that will not open or close. Then we backfill and put the turf back.
Controller and rain sensor
We test or replace the timer and check the rain sensor that shuts the system off during a storm. Florida requires one on automatic systems, and a working sensor saves water all summer.
Seasonal run-time setup
We set start times and run times by zone for the season, keeping within your watering-day schedule. Sunny turf, shaded beds and new plantings each get their own settings.
New zones and new systems
We add zones for new beds or sod, or lay out a full system with the right heads for each area. Drip lines go in beds where spray would just wet the walls and walk.

Signs Your Sprinkler System Needs Work

  • Brown spots in a green lawn

Dry patches in the same place each week usually mean a blocked or misaimed head, not a sick lawn.

  • Soggy ground or puddles

Water pooling near a head or a valve box often points to a leak underground. It can also mean run times are too long for the rainy season.

  • Water on the street and walls

Overspray on pavement or the side of your home wastes water and stains surfaces. Heads need adjusting or different nozzles.

  • Geysers or weak sprays

A head shooting water straight up is broken. A zone that barely sprays may have a crushed line or a partly closed valve.

  • A zone that won't turn on

Often a bad valve, a cut wire or a controller fault. Storms and lightning are hard on timers.

  • A water bill that jumped

A sudden rise with no change in habits often means a hidden leak or a stuck valve running longer than it should.

What Sets the Price of Irrigation Work

A simple tune-up and a new system are very different jobs, so we price after we have seen your yard and run your zones. You get the estimate in writing first. For larger installs, financing is available up to $100,000 on 2–12-year terms, with no prepayment penalties.

Number of zones

More zones mean more heads, valves and wiring to check, fix or install.

What we find underground

A clogged nozzle is a quick fix. A broken line under a walk or tangled in tree roots takes more digging and more time.

Parts and head types

Spray heads, rotors, drip lines and controllers vary a lot. We match parts to what each area of your yard needs.

Repair or new layout

Fixing an existing system costs less than redesigning it. If coverage was poor from the start, new zones may be the better use of your money, and we will say so.

How a Sprinkler Visit Goes

  1. 1

    Walkthrough and test run

We meet you at your home, run each zone, and flag what we see. You can walk with us or let us work and look at our notes after.

  2. 2

    Clear estimate

We go over what needs fixing and what can wait. You get the work broken out line by line before anything starts.

  3. 3

    Repairs and adjustments

We dig only where we need to, cut turf cleanly and set it back after the fix. Heads get aimed and nozzles matched as we go.

  4. 4

    Final run and clock setup

We run every zone again with you to confirm coverage. Then we set the timer for the coming season and show you how to adjust it when the weather turns.

Irrigation Questions We Hear

How often should my sprinklers run?

It depends on the season, your grass and your assigned watering days. In the dry spring most lawns need full use of their allowed days. During the summer rains, the rain sensor and shorter run times should cut watering way back. We set this up for you and show you how to change it.

Do you work with the watering day restrictions?

Yes. We set your controller to run only on the days and times your address is allowed. We also set early morning start times so less water is lost to heat and wind.

Should I repair my old system or replace it?

Most systems can be repaired. If lines keep breaking, parts are hard to find, or the yard never got even coverage, replacement or new zones may cost less over time. We will give you both options when it is a close call.

Can you add irrigation for new sod or beds?

Yes. New sod needs steady water to root, so we often add or adjust zones as part of sod installation. For new beds from landscape design or mulch and beds work, we usually run drip lines instead of spray heads.

Will you tear up my lawn to fix a leak?

We dig only at the problem spot. We cut the turf in a clean piece, set it aside, make the repair, and put it back. Most patches blend in within a few weeks.

Is the walkthrough really free?

Yes. We come out, run your zones and tell you what we see. You get an estimate with no charge and no pressure to book.
