Where We Work Around Lake Mary
We take care of yards in Lake Mary and the towns close by. We plan each job around the season coming up, so your lawn, beds and trees are ready before the heat, the storms or the dry spring arrive.
Lake Mary and the Towns Next Door
Most of our work is right here in Lake Mary and Heathrow. We also drive out to Sanford, Longwood, Winter Springs and Forest City every week. If your home is in one of these places, we are likely already working on your street or close to it.
We go a bit farther too. Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Maitland, Wekiwa Springs and DeBary are all on our regular routes. Not sure if we come to you? Give us a call and ask. If you are in range, we set up a time to walk your yard with you, look at what you have and talk about what it needs. The walkthrough and the estimate are free.

What Shapes Yard Work Around Here
- Rainy summers
- From about June through September, afternoon storms come almost every day. Grass grows fast and weeds keep pace. We tighten up the mowing schedule, check that beds drain away from your home and trim heavy limbs before hurricane season peaks.
- Dry spring
- March through May is usually the driest stretch of the year. This is when irrigation problems show up as brown patches. We test each zone, fix broken heads and adjust run times so water lands on the lawn and not the driveway.
- Sandy soil
- Most yards in the area sit on sandy soil that drains fast and holds few nutrients. Mulch and good bed prep keep moisture in. New sod needs steady water for the first few weeks while roots take hold.
- Cold snaps
- A few nights each winter can drop near freezing. We tell you which plants need covering and hold off on hard pruning until the cold is past, so new growth does not get burned.
- HOAs, watering rules and permits
- Many neighborhoods have an HOA with rules on plants, edging and hardscape. Local watering schedules set which days sprinklers can run. Some cities require a permit before certain trees come down. We check these with you before work starts, so nothing surprises you later.
